Cheers! 🍷 Team Achieve has officially completed a big program alongside our clients and it’s time to celebrate! If you have been following along our adventures, you know we were extra busy hosting tons of kids activities. Olympics…movie nights…ice cream parties…Jiu Jitsu lessons..all the fun. And in the distance, we were also helping our clients pamper, and create some romantic moments for their award winners (ya know, cuz the kids were all taken care of). It required a lot of partners to make this all happen, and we are especially grateful to Wine Unify and DLynn Proctor for joining us. They made the “adult date nights” extra special with some wine education. Here is bit about why we love this organization: Wine Unify was founded on the belief that education is the cornerstone to progress in any field. But as we know - many ethnic and racial minorities experience significant barriers to entry - financial, mentorship or just a general feeling of exclusion. So Wine Unify works to change that by fostering wine education for underrepresented minority groups and amplifying the voices of the people of color who are already thriving within the wine industry. Plus, they lead incredibly engaging wine tastings that sure made our client’s date nights a huge success. Friends - if you plan events and want to level up your beverage experience, make sure to check out Wine Unify. 💫 Achieve Incentives & Meetings

I used to get caught up in getting it all done. There was always more to do and I thought if I could just work harder or work smarter, I would feel better. I would feel accomplished. But I just never got there. What I didn't realize, was that it would never be done. Celebrating was something I only did for the huge gains which did not happen very often. So I didn't cultivate those feelings of joy. I learned over time that celebrating your wins more frequently brought more joy to my life. So celebrate more often. You did great this week. Give yourself a pat on the back and find a way you can celebrate today. 🎉 🥂 Do something that brings you joy. 🔵 Have a picnic. You can do this at a park, at the beach, in your own yard, or even your own living room. 🔵 Cook a special meal. Doing this with friends or your kids can be fun. 🔵 Garden. Being outside, close to nature, and having something beautiful to look at when you are done can be a very joyful activity. 🔵 Explore your neighborhood. Just wander. You never know what treasures you will find. 🔵 Or just have a dance party. It's important to celebrate. It's important to cultivate those good feelings as much as you can. You are important! So, make it your purpose today to celebrate you.

Transforming Customer Success: Award-Winning Onboarding Manager | Driving PLG Growth | 5+ Years in B2B Startups
Today isn't about celebrating my birthday or announcing a lottery win (though that would be nice, wouldn't it?), but it's a day dedicated to something equally special: GRATITUDE For those who've crossed paths with me, you know just how much gratitude means to me. In fact, when I reflect on my personal and professional growth, I attribute a significant part of it to gratitude. It's the people I've had the privilege to meet and the relationships I've developed that have shaped my journey. Why? Because I firmly believe it's not just a feeling but a powerful vehicle for building connections, demonstrating genuine care, and, most importantly, making a positive impact that reaches far beyond ourselves. In a world that sometimes makes it easy for us to focus on the losses, the challenges, and the hardships, I understand this firsthand as a person with a physical disability. So, let's shift our mindset by taking a moment to express gratitude—it can be transformative. It's a small act with enormous potential. It's about recognizing the efforts of others, acknowledging the support we receive, and appreciating the beauty in everyday moments. Let's use today as a reminder to pause and reflect on the countless reasons we have to be grateful. Whether it's the people who've shaped our journey, the opportunities that have come our way, or the simple joys that make life wonderful, let's take a moment to say "thank you for being you." Remember, gratitude isn't just a one-day affair; it's a way of life. Let's continue to cultivate it in our daily interactions.
