SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Hello everyone ! I found this insightful video about managing tariff employees and wanted to share it with you all. I'm curious to know if any of you have successfully configured the Compensation module to accommodate these types of employees. If you have any experiences, tips, or resources to share, I’d love to hear about them! Thanks in advance for your input! #SAP #SuccessFactors #Compensation #Tariff

::: 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐬 ::: When you discuss with an employer about a payment increase you can do this individually. Every employee will get different salaries, depending on how good they negotiate. On the other hand companies can have tariff contracts where a chosen group of employees discuss for all employees at the same time. According to the result of this discussion employees that meet the same condition get the same increase like others. In SAP SuccessFactors you don’t want to adjust every single employee, who is impacted, individually. You want to change all together in case they meet the specific condition (same tariff contract, same tariff area and so on). In the first step, you import the new tariff values, that reflect the result of the discussion, to the system. In the second step you run a specific transaction to adjust all employees automatically. And how are you doing it? Watch the video from Brandon Toombs, who explain it in the known high quality. It’s bit longer than usual, but honestly, how long do you need to learn it yourself?
