We're hiring an Ecosystem Success Manager! ⚡️ At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. We are seeking an ecosystem success manager to ensure a high standard quality of applications in our ecosystem and accelerating standout teams. Responsibilities - Oversee Testnet Checklist Level Program: -- Oversee the development and implementation of our Testnet Checklist Level Program.  -- Define the categories, weight of each category, points required to level up, and perks for projects at each level. -- Assist teams in progressing through the levels. -- Determine metrics for the program, such as the number or percentage of teams ranking up or reaching certain readiness levels. -- Integrate partners into the program, including sourcing, aligning, and filling out partners for the checklist. - Data Collection:  -- Collecting data to inform our strategies.  -- Produce weekly reports that propose three next steps, based on updates to the Testnet Checklist and ecosystem data reports. -- Automate reporting, with a target on the percentage of teams submitting their metrics from various sources (Discord, Twitter, Raise, etc). This ties into our Testnet Checklist, encouraging all teams to track their progress. - Ecosystem Scaling:  -- Play a key role in scaling our ecosystem. -- Foster intra-ecosystem partnerships, including farm connections, content of partnerships, and amplification. Qualifications   - Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Experience in automating reporting systems is an advantage. - Experience in managing a sizable project portfolio. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Established relationships and experience with startups and the Web3 ecosystem. - Experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or leader within Layer One or Layer Two chain. - A degree in Business Management, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of established network in the developers, founders, and investment communities is a plus. We're hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager! ⚡️ At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of M2, the fastest and most secure Layer Two on the market. This role will be instrumental in developing the network as well as help shaping the developer experience across the board. Responsibilities - Lead the product design and development of M2. - Manage and develop the product roadmap. - Understand the challenges, use cases, and competitive landscape in modular blockchains, rollups, and layer two solutions.  - Conduct market/user research and competitive analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams and the community to gather actionable insights. - Work closely with the engineering team and cross functional stakeholders to launch new features, measure their impact, establish a positive feedback loop with builders, and make rapid iterations to support our community. - Act as a bridge between BD, DevRel, and Engineering teams, particularly on converting key business requirements into technical and finalizing timelines/product roadmap - Collaborate with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy. Qualifications  - Experience in technical product management with over 6 years of experience - Experience building and launching technical products. A nice to have would be experience in launching blockchains to mainnet. - Experience in L1/L2 networks and knowledge in web3 ecosystems and business models. - Experience in infrastructure, platforms, and developer tooling. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to reason about web3 protocol design.  - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Design and implement Movement's Move-based blockchain technologies. - Develop developer tools and SDKs, fostering interaction with our internal and external developer community. - Collaborate with the larger community to evolve the design and implementation of MoveVM and Move language. - Write technical specifications, create proposals, and conduct code reviews. Qualifications  - Experience in building and supporting production services on a large scale. - Proficiency with at least one low-level programming language such as Rust, Go, or C/C++, and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript. - Understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, consensus, blockchain, and cryptoeconomics fundamentals. Preferable Qualifications - Passion for blockchain, Web3, and similar decentralized technologies. - Understanding of blockchain technology and its underlying infrastructure, preferably with Move, Avalanche, or Ethereum. - A strong motivation to learn and push yourself.
