Everything is about AI now. Yes, we are getting saturated with it, but it's true that AI is directly impacting our media sector. We need to embrace it while continuing our work as usual. It's about staying curious, observing, and being prepared. This is my conclusion after attending Conecta Fiction in Toledo. Ya'll I'm stoked 🎉 Cue the music! Yesterday, Forbes put Synthesia back on the Forbes AI 50 list which honors companies that have the most promising business use cases for AI! It's been a work in progress with a particular focus on thinking beyond the novelty of avatars and AI video. ✅ Instead, it's about looking higher-level at how people communicate information through video. It brings me back to the last video revolution of having cameras in our pockets: 1️⃣ suddenly everyone could create video 2️⃣ platforms allowed everyday people to build an audience 3️⃣ stories could be shared from around the world like never before And we're really just on the cusp of bringing video communications to everyone through Generative AI.
