Working with two Illustrators on my current book series, l went to my local Children's Library to check out covers on the shelves. The research and images study was a useful experience as l have to discuss the cover profile my contributors and l are happy with. Some Illustratlons are lifelike, while others are cartoon-like. Having worked with two different Illustrators on my next books, there'll be two different styles. The original Illustrator has been given actual photos of people for many of the main characters, l want them to look like. Should be an exciting diverse styles to fit the story.
