34 yıl boyunca çalıştığım ve kurucuları arasında yer aldığım Tofaş Ar-Ge'den ayrılarak, Hırvatistan'ın en eski ve en büyük sanayi şirketlerinden biri olan AD Plastikte CTO olarak çalışmaya başladığımı sizlerle paylaşmak isterim. Bu vesileyle Tofaştaki tüm çalışma arkadaşlarıma bugüne kadar olduğu gibi bundan sonraki çalışmalarında da başarılar diliyorum. Orta ve Doğu Avrupa'da 5 farklı ülkede 8 üretim fabrikası bulunan ve plastik alanında her türlü otomotiv parçasını geliştirip üretebilen AD Plastikte yeni okyanuslara yelken açacağımızı tüm ağıma duyurmak isterim. Saygılarımla, Murat Ayhaner. I would like to share with you that I left Tofas R&D, where I worked for 34 years and was one of the founders, and started working as CTO at AD Plastik, one of the oldest and largest industrial companies in Croatia. On this occasion, I wish all my colleagues at Tofas success in their future work, as they have done so far. I would like to announce to my entire network that we will sail to new oceans at AD Plastik, which has 8 production factories in 5 different countries in Middle and Eastern Europe and can develop and produce all kinds of automotive parts in the field of plastic. Passed fall semester I was giving a lecture “Automotive Fundamentals” in Okan University in Istanbul to Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering students. It was a pleasure and very interesting experience for me. Most of my pupils are from abroad and got the graduation. I wish all good luck and success in their both private and professional life. In the meanwhile, I would like to thank to all my colleagues who helped me to prepare the lecture notes in this interesting experience.

Tofaş ARGE Toplam Araç Entegrasyon Takımı olarak mevcut koşullara ayak uydurup 2020 ye veda 2021 e hoş geldin partimizi sanal ortamda gerçekleştirdik. 100 den fazla katılımcımız oldu. Çok eğlendik. 100 kişi sanal ortamda tombala oynadık. Çinko ve tombala yapan yedi arkadaşımıza ödül olarak Stephen Covey'in "Etkili İnsanların 7 Alışkanlığı" kitabını hediye ettik. Organizasyon fikrini ortaya atan ve organizasyonu hazırlayan Emel, Büşra, Onur ve Özgür e içten teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. 2021 e iyi başladık.
