I woke up early for clients in europe and went to bed late for clients in Malaysia. Although the pay out was good, the cost on my bodybuilding was higher than I wanted it to be. I didn’t miss a meal or training session but my ability to manage fatigue and focus in the gym was challenging. This week I cut my client load in half, took a nap almost everyday and even went on two dates with Jill. Some would call this balance, and I would call you a nerd. My life isn’t balanced it’s about managing fatigue. Last week I sucked at managing fatigue, this week I was much better at it. See you on stage! Last Week’s Weight: 232.1lbs This Week’s Weight: 232.9lbs Non-training day: 421c 316p 94f Training day: 621c 320p 85f Sunday: Rest Monday: LOWER A Tuesday: UPPER A Wednesday: Rest Thursday Rest Friday: : LOWER B Saturday: UPPER B Cardio: 10k steps per day.
