IRLA is excited to be launching a new international leadership programme in September 2024, entitled “Management to ExCO”. This programme is for a maximum of eight top performing senior managers and leaders who are earmarked for promotion to the Executive team in future, and who will help manage and run their business more broadly in that next role. It includes hands on executive training and 1-2-1 coaching, as well as inspiring mentorship and talks from a number of leading industry figures.
