Oh, all the buzz about black history month, as if our history should be contained by and celebrated in a single month. Each day this month, I'll be the bearer of bad news, posting very disturbing facts about black women in the workforce. These should be of deep concern to every employer and motivate you to do something about it, rather than extend lip service to us through your social media accounts. Here's the fact for day number 27: "A study revealed that of the 25% of women working in tech, minority women are less than 10% of it. 5% of women in tech were Asian. Black women only represented 3% while Hispanics made up less at just 1%."
