🙈 What do you do when your dreams come true? We spend so much time thinking about our reactions when faced with failure that we seldom think about the contrary scenario. Workshops.work is the #1 Most Listened Facilitation Podcast and my Newsletter is the 3rd most read one. As an active contributor to the industry and to the report itself, I am always in awe of the results from SessionLab's State of Facilitation Report. But last year's data gave me more reasons to be astonished. All I know is that I am filled with gratitude, first, to every guest who takes the adventure of having a conversation with me 🎙 🎧To everyone who kindly tune in to every episode and take time to share them. 🌱 To my wonderful NeverDoneBefore community - such a beautiful source of inspiration and support. ✨ To the team who has been supporting all the operations behind 250+ episodes, week after week (Jenny Bond, Joe Clarke (who might know the podcast better than anyone...) Immi Marsh, Emily Newport, Velsoma Cumbana). I didn’t and honestly still don’t know how to react. But I am excited to be hosting a session dedicated to reflecting on the Report. I hope you can join me and we can together dive deep into the results and what they mean to us moving forward. Save the date: 📌March 13, at 2:30 PM CET. Dropping the links for the report and the event in the comments below 👇 Huge shoutout to my fellow content producers who have been passionately and consistently contributing to the enriching of our industry: Leanne Hughes, Douglas Ferguson, Beth Cougler Blom, International Association of Facilitators (IAF), AJ&Smart , Jan Keck, Gwyn Wansbrough. I wish us all another great year loving and spreading the magic of Facilitation ✨. #facilitation #podcast #facilitator

Well done Myriam and thanks for sharing other podcasts in this field, I was not even aware and now curious to find out more :) But don't worry I am a regular listener of Workshops Work, you are a favourite companion on my occasional car trips 😊
