Most gaming studios get the order wrong: ❌ "I'll create the offline version of the game first, then worry about the multiplayer setup later." ✅ "There's no point in making an offline game first if the goal is to make a multiplayer one. I'll setup the multiplayer foundation first, then work on the core game loop. So once I have a working prototype, I can scale it instead of redoing everything from scratch."
