This is a really useful, helpful infographic that explains succinctly the need for direct, explicit guidance in teaching. This is particularly pithy as we look to reinforce knowledge provided in online means in face-to-face delivery of learning at CRANAplus. When time is in high demand, the good use of feedback and engaged learning is key. Goes to how we can prepare participants/students for practice when we aren't in front of them with the focus being understanding self as much as anything. Involves students. Monitors performance. Provides the feedback. Love it.
