I want to thank The Conference Board for welcoming me last week to speak with Alana Weiss from Google at the 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥! 🌟 And while our topic was 'Telling Women’s Stories' I have to say, I love sharing not only why women's history and women's stories matter, but what the *consequence* of not telling them is, has been, and could continue to be. The only way we change the narrative, the only way we become more inclusive, the only way we see an improvement in representation across all areas of life is through alliance - we have to be in this together. We must solve this together. I hope you'll join me!
