Auerbach Grayson acted as Joint Bookrunner in a $90 million sell-down by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) of its stake in Banca Transilvania, Romania's largest lender. The transaction involved the sale of 13.7 million shares through an accelerated bookbuilding placement on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, reducing EBRD's ownership to 5.2%. This marks the eighth transaction in Romania for Auerbach Grayson highlighting AGCO’s market leadership in Romania, including previous involvement in notable deals such as the IPO of Hidroelectrica (EUR 2bn), 2 phased selldowns of Fondul Proprietatea's stake in OMV Petrom (EUR 100mn+) amongst others. #ECM #Auerbach Grayson #CapitalMarkets

Thrilled to Advise Celsus on their recent Deal of the Year Win!   A huge congratulation to Celsus @ the Royal Adelaide Hospital (Celsus Securitisation Pty Limited) Au$2.12 billion senior secured green and social loan, which was awarded the Social Infrastructure Deal of the Year at The Asset 2024 Sustainable Infrastructure Awards in Singapore last week.   Celsus is the consortium that manages and maintains the world-leading Royal Adelaide Hospital, under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) for a 30-year contract ending in 2046.   Capella Capital, acting as Financial Advisor for Celsus, recently completed the Au$2.12 billion refinancing of the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
