The YPE NYC Board of Directors is immensely proud to publicly announce the organization's first Diversity Charter was approved by unanimous vote during our October 2022 Board Meeting. This is a milestone achievement for our Chapter. By instituting measurable and trackable objectives, we are formalizing our commitment to increasing diversity within the New York City energy community now and in the future. We believe the success of an equitable decarbonization of the economy lies in actively engaging all individuals who are representative of the diversity of our world, and it is our hope this initiative emphasizes the strength of this conviction.   Thank you to our membership community for continuing to engage with us.
