Why these day, even the organization who is working in community to make changes without profit. You got interested and your skill matched what they looking for. After your hard work in applying job what they looking for. Instead you don’t get replied back from #HR team wheater you been selected or not. Again you write email for requesting is my application progress or been rejected. No reply from them. Is only happening with me or other. Is Human service is really a social service or a business? So confusing and loosing interest in applying as social service worker/Human service worker. Please #HRteam do respond for application even stating you been not selected. People puts lots of efforts and courage to apply for job. Looking to work toward communities and family to make some changes.

Sharing My Job Hunting Journey | 📚 CMI Level 6 Diploma in Leadership & Management | 🏉 Certified Scrum Master | 🌎 Dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion | 💜 Proud Dad | 🚀 On a Journey
In the process of looking for long term roles I've recently started looking for short term ones local to home that wont eat in to much of my day. I had a temp warehouse job lined up, which seemed a good fit for now. Close by 10mins away, flexible hours, an would allow me time to continue searching for a more long-term role. But dealing with the recruiter went pair shaped. Last Friday, we had a call. The recruiter saying the company needed someone for a quick start. I completed three forms and an ID check on the same day, ready to start on Tuesday. Plans were rearranged, calls were cancelled, and childcare arrangements were made. Come yesterday, the recruiter mentioned they were waiting on a reference but all is good. Then came this morning. Hes spoken to the manager an they want someone with experience, despite everything that had been said, an organised. After investing my valuable time and rearranging my schedule all I got was a sorry mate. Now It might not of been my career defining goal but it was the principle of wasted time an unprofessional service that frustrated me the most. Maaaaate 😒 It's experiences like these that give some recruiters a bad name, though I know theres some good ones out there. Thomas Woodhams who received a class bit of feedback is one of them because hes about the people than the numbers, bit like myself! I'm virtually "sacking" this recruiter for the frustration caused and the unprofessional handling of the situation. Just another number which is the complete wrong approach. I've managed recruitment processes from A-Z myself as an addition to my day job, I'm not even a full time recruiter but always provided a clear, honest and effective experience regardless of the outcome because I genuinely care about people. Rant over...🫳🏽🎤 #recruitment #jobsearchinpublic #newopportunities
