White powdery mildew. Sticking to a constant integrated pest management regimen will prevent these spores from damaging crops. Personally I make sure to shower and change clothes before entering the grow after being outside as spores may be introduced via clothing, hair and skin. I keep a proguard unit in the room on a timer at 15 minute intervals just incase that thing actually helps though there's plenty other devices with similar features. I don't allow relative humidity to ever exceed 70% which for me isn't difficult being in the Midwest. This includes defoliating as needed and maintaining constant air flow to keep from dew buildup. I also use an ultra low volume fogger with preventatives in rotation. Sometimes home made using essential oils and an emulsifier to mix well with water, but as of lately I've been using Purecrop1, Garlic Barrier, and Mammoth Canncontrol most. I remind myself there's no half assing ipm, and an ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure. Hope this helps ensure bountiful, continuous, clean harvests. Happy growing to all.

Its pm. Its cause is poor airflow and high humidty. To get rid of it, there are a few remedies. First increase the airflow and get the humidity to the correct level and keep it stable as the dew build up from humidity swings will cause it. Sulfur can be sprayed so can bi carb soda. I prefer bicarb. Selecting strains that are more resistant to it is optimal. Strains with thicker leaves are more suitable in dryer areas while plants with thinner leaves are suited better to humid environments.

Powdery mildew. Use Kopa or Copper grow spray or even Lost coast to prevent this. But most importantly it's an air flow issue.

PM, next time do not grow varieties that get PM you are part of the problem or part of the cure. I hope you are not using this variety to breed with, it is the genes.
