If today was my week ONE of growing Artha Realty LLC to a 30+ team, here’s what I’d do. 1- Attract top talent, not just bodies, by assessing skills, cultural fit, long-term potential, and most importantly, the right attitude. 2- Invest in continuous learning via training & development, knowledge sharing, & embracing feedback. 3 - Fuel their passion and performance via reward + recognition, investing in their well-being, and fun and team bonding events. 4- Treat my team like family from the get-go by leading with authenticity, transparency, and empathy. 5- Instil collaboration, not competition. 6- Encourage a client-centric mindset. Remember: Your people are your biggest asset. Building a solid company is not possible without the right people.

I love this message! It's so important to remember that being true to oneself is the key to building genuine relationships and being liked by others. When we try to be someone we're not, we can come across as insincere or fake, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and stress. On the other hand, being authentic and vulnerable allows us to connect with others on a deeper level and build meaningful relationships. It takes courage to be ourselves, but it's worth it in the long run. As they mentioned, not everyone will like us, even when we're being our authentic selves. But that's okay! We can't control how others perceive us, but we can control how we show up and be ourselves. I love the idea that promoting authenticity in the workplace can create a culture where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and sharing their ideas. It's a great way to build a positive and productive work environment. Overall, I think this message is a great reminder to be ourselves and not try to fit in or be someone we're not. It's a great way to live a happier and more fulfilling life!

This! We learned about Authenticity in my Leadership class and that the best leaders are the ones who are truly authentic. Your team can always tell if you're being authentic or putting on a front. I tell people, I'm me. You like me or you don't- I don't care. I've had so many people try to change me to be someone other than who I am and I just don't get it. Why pretend to be someone you're not - that has to be exhausting! I'm 100% me, quirkiness and all and you can like more or not. I also want you to be you - quirkiness and all. We don't need to agree or like the same things, if we do - authentically - great - if not - fine too. Be who you are. #emotionalintelligence #Leadership #management
