Here's why it makes sense TLDR: Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps and is is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. BeReal. was acquired in a 500 Million Euro deal bringing its 40M user base under the Voodoo banner. Why acquire a social media app as a game publisher? USERS - The 40M users from BeReal. align well with the audience of Voodoo's games and other apps (GenZ and Millennial) allowing for cross promotion across app networks.
