If I launch a brand on TikTok Shop today Here's exactly how I'd make it a success: 1. 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘁 𝗨𝗽 - Set up a store and list products per TikTok best practices. - Set up all necessary sections i.e. Business Center, Ads Manager, FBT Portal, and link the TikTok User Official Account. - List products at a higher price and activate "Product Discounts" or "Flash Deals" with massive discounts. - Allocate 40% of stock for sample distribution. 2. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 - shoppable content daily (1 video a day). - Offer a 30% commission to affiliates. - Conduct bulk outreach (600 minimum per day) 100 via Cooperation Chat and 500 via Targeted Collaboration. - Encourage creators to send sample requests. - Evaluate sample requests based on fulfillment rate, content quality, and average views. - Send samples to at least 50 creators in the first month. 3. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 - Acquire ad codes from top affiliate content. - Run Shop Ads on these top-performing videos. - Test Shop Ads with a broad audience and a limited budget, then scale based on performance. 4. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 - Engage with your audience through comments and direct messages. - Respond to promptly and provide excellent customer service. - Encourage user-generated content by running contests or challenges related to your brand or products. - Collaborate with influencers who align with your brand values to create sponsored content. 5. 𝑷eriodic Evaluation and Optimization - Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, engagement, and reach on TikTok Shop analytics. - Analyze the success of different ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content strategies. - Make data-driven decisions to optimize your approach for better results. - Continually test new ideas and strategies while refining existing ones. Remember that success on TikTok Shop is a dynamic process, so it's important to adapt and evolve as you learn from the platform.
