💜💚 TEAM TUESDAY!🖐 Team Information sessions are necessary at Queenpads. We encourage personal growth & self awareness hence usually find time inbetween our work schedule to squeeze in a few hours and some minutes to learn as a team. Here it was like a "re-introduction" into Queenpads as an organization. An opportunity to "get to know" - who we are and what we represent, introduce our Core Values and the importance of having Policies in a Workplace or anywhere we associate ourselves with outside of work. The team were engaging and participated well. "It is very important that all team members are fully informed and understand what it means to be a part of this organization, know and understand its values, vision and mission. This is so they can embrace it everyday. By embracing, we create a conducive environment to continue thriving to serve our mission" says Anne-Shirley Korave who facilitated the session.
