SDG 2's aspiration to eliminate hunger by 2030 is intricately linked with various other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The issue of hunger and food insecurity intersects with multiple global challenges addressed by different SDGs, including those related to health, poverty eradication, gender equality, sustainable agriculture, climate action, and reduced inequalities. Addressing hunger effectively necessitates a holistic approach that acknowledges and leverages these interconnected goals.

#Cities play a pivotal role in contributing to global climate targets At COP28 UAE two initiatives the Local Climate Action Summit and the Coalition for High Ambition Multilevel Partnerships (CHAMP) for Climate Action took place to reaffirm the need for national governaments to work with subnational actors in planning, financing and implementing #climate #strategies. Università Bocconi SUR Lab - supported by Hines, Prelios and Intesa Sanpaolo - is participating at COP28 to share research results and enhance local climate action.
