It is important to live your life in such a way that every moment is filled with meaning, pleasure and achievement.

Youth and passion can be experienced at any age.

Emotion is a moving energy that passes through you and that you feel without actually being it. It’s important to know this, not to relate to it and therefore to dissociate yourself from it. You act as a filter, you as you really are, through which energy passes and then spreads into the space imbued with your essence. You therefore act on the energy to leave your mark on it. Like all energies, emotion circulates and if you don't block it, it has a beginning and an end with of course a peak which you experience. Once it leaves you, it continues its path and crosses other beings who also transform it so that little by little this energy takes on the specificities of each being by spreading in the space where it reflects each of us. This means that the world is our reflection through the energy that flows. Emotion being an energy, it vibrates at a more or less high frequency knowing that the higher it is, the more pleasant it seems to you while chasing away low frequency energies that are much less pleasant to experience. Whatever happens, always let the energy flow through you without resisting it, which would only block it and then degenerate. Emotion is therefore ephemeral and is part of the movement of life which is constantly renewed. You too vibrate at a certain frequency and thus you attract the corresponding energies like a magnet. The higher you vibrate, the more pleasant the energy that flows through you, the most powerful energy being unconditional love. If you are touched by this force, you accept everything that life offers on your path to experience it without selections and in absolute love. It is then that you rejoin your essence to express it through the light that you are. You shine and illuminate the darkness while pushing it back and revealing the abundance of life through all its forms, and this is what makes it its wealth which spreads through infinity where everything is always possible! Everything is energy, you like everything that is or is not and it is by vibrating as much as you can, it is by doing your best that you impact space for a better world, made of love and of peace! You are peace in love, you are a miracle so realize it, be free and experience joy for yourself first and by extension for every living being in the universe that brings us together, all united by the energies that crosses us and bring us together!
