In a sit-down interview with Neil Cavuto, Deputy Commissioner Tarik Sheppard discusses the recent outside agitators that were found amongst the protestors.

Drink Sheppard joins us right now. The NYPD public Information Deputy Commissioner part of the that that team was getting you this riveting video that's coming in. Commissioner was good seeing you. You tell me something interesting during the break that you have no doubt that some of what you picked up and saw shows that there are outside agitators involved. How would you know? Absolutely. So some are self identified on social media who recognized them from the past and some of the protests that they've attended before, but also we. But when we look at the arrest and we run the histories of some of the people we arrested, we see that some of them who are participating in some some protests and some of the actions that they've participated in before. And so we're very confident that we know that these outside agitators and influences were present and and will continue to be present at these protests. But make no mistake, they may not be swept up in an in an arrest. These are professionals. They get a heads up when we're starting to pack up and get ready to go into these schools and they may just fly in for a day or two. Belief. But their job is to be coming from way out. So many times they go from protest to protesters or spark one. Absolutely. You'll you'll see them travel around the country and they have funding. They are funded by private individuals around around the world sometimes. Who but how did they get the students involved in? Do they gum them on or how do you. What's their role? Yeah, it it's it's propaganda. It's social media. It's it's, you know, the students are already passionate and upset about an issue and now you have a person whispering in your ear that hey, you know, we should take over the building or something like that. Kids and when, when, when, when young minds are in are in that state. It's pretty easy to then be influenced by somebody who is a professional at manipulation. Yeah, I was talking to one officer who said something to the same effect, Commissioner, that hey, I recognize that guy. I mean, I've arrested this guy before, right? So there's a certain crowd to this. I guess what I meant to ask you in this raid or whatever you wanna call it, this is Columbia University. We're talking about the private institution. I'm not sure the protocol. There you go about that. But you you normally have to get clearance from them unless people are harm is happening on site. But how how did that all go down to allow for this. Yeah you're exactly right. The president or or a designee has to send us a letter specifically detailing what they want done that at this point these people are committing a crime and trespassing because we've suspended them. If we don't have that then we don't move in we wait and unless there's an emergency or something. He's doing circumstance that we have to go on that campus. We will wait until ultimately really the landlord says hey it's OK to come on my property now. I don't know it's with other institutions but it seems like 1 protest pops up on one and and of course then then you you get it at Fordham you get it at NYU and on and on. So who's to say that this same group or other agitators aren't just hopping from one of these to another. Yeah well that's we know that's happening and this is one of the reasons why the mayor the police commissioner. Been in contact with the heads of the city Colleges and universities So that way they they're being helpful. Yeah, yeah. They've they've been very responsive and they understand less than others. You know, I I'm not sure, but one of the things I do know is the dialogue is happening. So we want them to preemptively be ready with a plan and try as much as they can to make sure that they are their campuses are not taken over. But if they are the NYPD stands ready to move in if we receive a letter saying we need help. Alright, I believe Columbia and the others might feel the same way. Commissioner said we could use you guys being around till the middle of the month at least. Yeah, many of them are are are requesting that we have to always look at our resources on it on a daily basis. Yeah, but what we've asked is that they come up with a plan to self sustain. However, we will not leave them and we don't want the camps to return to the state that it was in. You know what I think about when this is going on, it's such a distraction and obviously the. Personnel, you have to have on hand to to make this happen that if I'm a criminal, that's it. This is my opportunity. To do some bad stuff. Absolutely not. You know we're the most adaptable Police Department in in the country and and we are ready to keep the rest of the city safe. Our transit crime is still going down while we deal with these protests. We have about 35,000 sworn officers and everybody will pitch in to keep the city safe. How are things that particularly Colombia right now. Yeah, pretty calm. It looks like a. The the job that we did the plan is working and it's pretty calm, pretty quiet over there. We have some officers there but we are still in communication to make sure that if we start to peel back Colombia has a plan to self sustain. I do hear and we didn't play all of that but there's some awful things that these students protesters say to you guys, right. I mean really right. It's it's a family show here. We don't delay. But how do you feel about that? Yeah, well you know most of the people who are. Advance to these elite units like SUS, RGC, RT, these are people with a lot of experience and you and you learn on on this coming up through the ranks and and and and the more experience you get. You learn to stay focused on the mission, stay focused on the task is a little tough sometimes when someone says the kind of stuff they say each individual is different. For me, not at all. I'm focused on what we have to do. As you saw me riding there on that BearCat with the issue that I was so focused. I you know, I I did not I didn't pay attention to any of that kind of. There is a letter addressed to Antonio Guterres, the Secretary General, written by me in February 2024 to take defined measures to stop the genocide in Palestine but he has done nothing but watched as a mute spectator the cold blooded mass murder of Palestinians besides total destruction and devastation in Gaza. Additional information regarding this most important case is that the defects in the constitution of UNO as identified in my complaint which was written to the Secretary General; out of two defects one defect namely the veto power to some of the member countries was also identified by Malaysia and submitted in respect of case of South Africa. Thus my complaint has the support of a member country of UNO also. Hence my complaint and submissions of Malaysia to the ICJ need to be tied up for hearing in both the courts namely ICJ and ICC. ICJ will hear the case for legal issues whereas ICC will hear the case for the war crimes and genocide. Justice demands that the case needs to be heard retrospectively because my complaint was made in the month of February 2024 and order passed with retrospective effect. My complaint be heard after taking the suo moto cognisance of the case and accordingly some good lawyer may be engaged for the purpose by the ICJ. It needs no further clarification that all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC compulsorily for UNO to be functional and ensuring peace in the world.
Copy of the revised complaint may now be submitted to all the Honourable judges of ICJ and ICC including the prosecutor of ICC.

While speaking with Piers Morgan on his show Uncensored on Monday,
Egyptian podcaster Rahma Zein responded to concerns over Jewish students feeling "threatened" by pro-Palestine protests on American university campuses by saying that she was joined by 'predominantly Jewish students" at the protests she attended.
She further added that the students faced police brutality and "infiltrators" who tried to discredit the protests.

After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are
1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith.
2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world.
. Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted several countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, doing cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN.
More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above.
