Tony Ramos has been with NEXDINE for over seven years and is currently the Chef Manager at a school in Braintree, MA. Growing up in his father's Portuguese American restaurant and working in various dining establishments, Tony brings a wealth of expertise to the dining services industry. He started at NEXDINE as a grill/deli cook. He advanced to Chef Manager in Cambridge before transitioning to the education sector in 2020, serving over 720 students daily.⁠ ⁠ Tony loves working with students, as it closely connects his work to his personal life. He credits his growth to mentors like Jeremy Tavares, Kevin Chaves, Nick DiCarlo, and Sean McCaffery, who significantly influenced his culinary and management skills.⁠ ⁠ Outside of work, Tony is a devoted father of three daughters. He travels the country coaching his middle daughter Myla's defending National Champion girls' flag football team. And his favorite food?
