Nick Crosthwaite’s Post

This is a rather surreal post to be writing, but after nine years, I've decided it's time to bring my Spotify journey to a close and today is my last day. It's been the most rewarding, exciting, and all-around positive experience of my professional life, and has been a massive part of my identity over this time. Looking back, I can't believe the incredible growth and success the business has seen, as well as the opportunity and personal growth it's provided to me. It's been a true privilege to work alongside and learn from some of the most brilliant colleagues, past and present, as well as the many incredible founders, partners, and advisers with whom I've crossed paths. I will leave with countless memories of the many experiences shared with you all and know that so many of the relationships built will far outlast my time at Spotify. A special thank you to Sumit Varshney for hiring me, Jared Grusd for making the introduction, Sheila Spence for all the support over the years, and of course Daniel Ek for building this incredible company. I can't wait to see all the continued innovation and success that lies ahead.
