Enhance the initial atmosphere at events by adopting a strategic approach. Extend an invitation to your core group to arrive early and play a crucial role in setting the tone. Delegate responsibilities such as: 1. handling nametags 2. managing beverage service 3. and warmly welcoming arriving guests. This collaborative effort ensures a smooth and engaging start to your gathering, eliminating any initial awkwardness. #EventPlanning #NetworkingTips

This is such an important part of any event. Even when I host a Christmas party for friends I have at least my best friend come early, that way if the "first guest" to show up is a newer acquaintance, there's less awkwardness. I really appreciate your focus Nick Gray on ways to start a party in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable!
