Are you a clock puncher? Are you waiting out the 34.5 hours at work each week so that you can get back to your *passion*? If you are, then you deserve to have your job taken away. 2. Are you disconnected from your customers? Internal and external. Are you engaged? Are you talking to them? Do you form relationships?
