2X TEDx Speaker | Helping Busy Founders & CEOs to Hunt New Opportunities on LinkedIn | Brand Strategist | 50K Followers on LinkedIn

I have made many mistakes while engaging with CEOs and Founders for business. Getting the attention of CEOs and founders on LinkedIn is tough. They already have a lot of things on their plate. You can’t go wrong while approaching them to sell your product and services. Here are common pitfalls to avoid when engaging with potential leads: Mistake 1: Before every interaction, do your homework. ↳ Research your potential lead's background, company, and industry trends. ↳ It sets the stage for meaningful conversations. Mistake 2: Avoid bombarding leads with excessive data. ↳ It's not about showcasing your expertise ↳ It's about addressing their pain points. Mistake 3: Effective communication is a two-way street. ↳ Encourage them to share their thoughts, challenges, and goals. ↳ This not only builds rapport but also provides insights to offer relevant solutions. Mistake 4: Generic messages don't resonate. Craft personalized messages ↳ Demonstrate your understanding of the lead's unique situation. ↳ Personalization shows you've invested time in understanding their needs. Mistake 5: Don’t Neglect Follow-Ups ↳ Consistent follow-ups, whether through LinkedIn messages or emails. ↳ Show commitment and dedication to addressing their needs. Adapt your strategies as per client’s preference. From every mistake I have learned one thing ↳ LinkedIn is more than just a digital space, it's a world of endless possibilities. #rishsays
