You'll add onto your skill set! These are incredibly valuable to market yourself as a stronger candidate when interviewing for internships or jobs! 2. Diversifying you internship/job opportunities! Business skills are valuable in any field and you never know when they'll come in handy! 3. Cross disciplinary connections! Choosing a coinciding minor allows you two different perspectives to think in while choosing your strategic decisions!

🌟 What an incredible Intern Team Building Day we had at Crabbe yesterday for our 2024 Government of Jersey Internship Programme!🌟 A huge thank you to Gemma McGregor the Jersey Youth Service, our wonderful colleagues at CYPES, and my amazing colleagues in the Talent Team for making this event such a success. The group of 41 interns who attended learned a range of invaluable skills, including: Effective Communication: Understanding the importance of clear and concise communication in a team setting. Problem-Solving: Developing creative solutions to overcome challenges. Teamwork: Building trust and working collaboratively to achieve common goals. Leadership: Taking initiative and guiding peers through various activities. Adaptability: Adjusting to new situations and thinking on their feet. It was awesome to see everyone working together across departments to produce this amazing event. Grateful for the opportunity to bond, grow, and have fun together.
