Award-Winning National Voice for Women and Minorities in Business - Inspiring international Speaker - Advocate for Women of color - Intentional-Relationship Whisper

📣 📣 📣 For almost 10 years, I have had the honor of curating programming for women of color in business at the Essence Music Festival. It has truly been an honor to be there year after year meeting and working with some of the best in this country! This year was no different. We kicked off the week with our Acres Black Farmer lunch. Amazing work and vision of Brandi W. in executing this amazing event. Next up was the Women of Color Masterclass. It was a joy to curate this event for National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) for the second year in a row. Thank you to our amazing speakers and facilitators Ivy McGregor, Krystal Hardy Allen, and Angela Dingle. Also a huge hug and thanks to Tiffany Carter and Mark Samuel for their partnership and support. Our sponsors this year were Liberty Mutual Insurance and Baxter International Inc. Crystal Jade Santiago & Kera Bussey for continuing to support and championing efforts supporting WMBE!!! And on Saturday I was invited back to the Essence Communications Inc. stage at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to talk about How to Become a Contract Queen!!! Was blessed to co-lead this presentation with a member of my team Maleeka Catron YOU ROCK!!! Amazing love to Global Black Economic Forum team Alphonso David Aaliyah Haqq and Trudy Bourgeois. You all are moving the needle and I can’t wait to work with you again very soon. Lastly (but certainly not least) our magnificent NMSDC team who played a part in this year’s activations Nicole, Maureen, Maureen Simonette, MPA, Jordan Taylor, and our amazing leader Ying McGuire! I continue to do the work to help build, support, and grow strong thriving businesses founded by women of color. Its is passion work 365 days a year for me! Looking forward to 2025!! 🥳🥳🥳
