Have you put a job ad out and you've only had a few applications for what is actually a pretty amazing role? 😩 ❌Your job ad probably isn't sparking the right level of interest and connection with the right candidates - they don't realise it's "for them" when they read it and think they aren't a match. Why it matters for YOUR business: One of our clients put a job ad they wrote out on their own channels and received 17 applications in a two week period, none of whom were invited to interview. One of our Candidate Experience Managers put a job ad she wrote for the company out when we began working on the role, and received 65 applications within 24 hours; several were invited to interview, one of which ultimately went on to join the company in the role.
