In the past, some municipal officials have expressed a desire to bus unhoused people onto the Villanova University campus. Sunanda Charles, executive director of the Norristown Hospitality Center, said her “heart sank” when she heard the Supreme Court ruling. “The volume of the problem that we see every day, it’s so huge and now to add to that another complication, another barrier for people to get housed,” Charles said. Center Closure: The Center will be closed following breakfast service due to staff meetings and fiscal year-end preparations.
