What have I learned most over the past two years?
1. It really is that simple, not easy, but SIMPLE... Success isn't one unique idea or a fancy silver bullet. Success is consistent execution of basic skills that most are unwilling to do...
2. Stay true to your core values and NEVER bend. Cutting a corner or letting "one" slide will erode your culture, processes, and growth.
3. The most important thing of all. THE PEOPLE! Hire for character and grit! Skill can be taught, the burning desire to succeed and grow cannot. Once you have identified these brilliant people. Give them the runway they deserve and put their development first.
I am more confident for the future of Harba than I ever have been. Great PEOPLE hire GREAT people. I am so proud of everyone on the team and WE will continue to grow through good times and tough times.
🎈Celebrating Our 2nd Year Anniversary!🎈
A few weeks ago, on July 12th, Harba reached a significant milestone - two years of successful operations! Over this period, we have witnessed incredible growth, expanded our team to 23 talented individuals, and relocated to a larger office in Fishers, Indiana. Our passion for connecting with brilliant minds within the scientific realm has only intensified, and we look forward to making an even greater impact in the years to come.
A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team, trusted clients, and the ever-supportive scientific community for making this journey so rewarding! 🙏
