So many university resources go into supporting the transition for undergraduate first-years, but I'd argue the transition to graduate school can be even more challenging and overwhelming! 🤹🏻♀️I often find grad students are under-resourced and over-burdened. It's a perfect storm of school-work-life demands that makes it so hard to find a balance.
