We recently hosted the PFIP - Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride Q3 2024 Membership Meeting and Fellowship Night at our offices in Manila, Philippines which was attended by over 100 PFIP member company representatives. Our Northern Trust India teams recently concluded their 2024 Case Challenge facilitated by our employee led Advancing Professionals Resource Council (APRC). About the 2024 Case Challenge: ⚓ The challenge ran for three months ⚓ We saw 9 teams comprising of 50 partners competing for the top three prizes ⚓ Topics included how artificial intelligence can impact our work in the service centers, automation, business acumen and engaging a multigenerational workforce ⚓ Our teams collaborated across Pune and Bangalore and across business units and showcased their skills by presenting their solutions to real-life business challenges to a judging panel of our senior leaders We would like to extend our thanks and congratulations to all the teams for taking part in this year’s challenge and for the considerable amount of work each of them put into their final submission and presentation. A special thank you to Veda Persad (Country Executive India), Rahul Kapil (Head of Global Fund Services India) and Sandeep Mhaiskar (Regional Manager Finance) for judging the competition. “Each year the APRC Case Challenge brings great excitement to our teams in India.
