Here’s the update at Aspire Apartments in Kansas City, Kansas where we have 325 luxury units under construction. NorthPoint Management's pre-leasing efforts led by Pam Allee - Lakey, CAM , LEAD are going strong and this Class-A community will welcome their first resident move-ins in August! The pool was recently completed, units look fantastic, and the clubhouse interior is coming along so nicely. Kudos to our team and project partners who are moving this project along so smoothly. Aspire is a Phase III community following Village West Apartments (Phase I) and Prairie View at Village West Apartments (Phase II). One of the cool parts about this project is that our Superintendent was on Phase I & II, so the relationships we have built with the City of KCK and other local officials over the years are invaluable.
