Last week, we held the final presentation with the IMB programme of University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, with a student case-study on how to present Novartis in Slovenia to young population as an innovative medicine company and a possible future employer. 👨🎓   Their presentation was impressive, with in-depth research and analysis and an exciting set of proposed activities on how we can bring Novartis closer to younger generations. Their findings provided valuable insight in their mindset and understanding of Novartis. 👏   With that energy, creativity and professionalism, we have no doubt their future in business is bright! Thank you to professors Mateja Kos Koklic and Vatroslav Skare for presenting Novartis with this opportunity, Jasmina Dlacic for cooperation, Polona Domadenik Muren for effectively connecting industry and academia and of course, thank you students for such amazing project. ✨ #cooperation #employerbranding #digitalmarketing #consumerbehaviour

Great example of listening to Young Talents and getting their insights on what matters to them most. Curious to hear how we can integrate the key learnings in our employer branding for Novartis.
