Financial Advisor: Entrepreneurs, executives, & sales leaders rely on me to show them how to help keep their business open, their families protected, and their money working harder than them. | Father | Man of Faith
Success deserves celebration.
Taking the time to celebrate achievements, big or small, not only acknowledges hard work but also motivates and inspires continued effort and dedication. This is especially true if you're a leader of a company or a team.
Recognizing the success of hitting a corporate revenue goal:
➡ Shows your team you notice them
➡ Elevates the sales, marketing, and ops teams who made it happen
➡ Shows the employees that you're paying attention to the details of their actions, not just numbers.
➡ It reinforces the value of the journey and the effort invested.
➡ Creates an environment where achievement is valued.
What are you celebrating this month?

2023
What a year
* 25% growth Vs 2022
* Hit revenue milestone 5 times
* Achieved market entry in 3 channels
What worked? SEM
Support: You can know the job, you can be the most creative, without support you are just planning with no little or no action.
I got support from both internal and external stakeholders, this is where EQ comes in handy.
Execution: Action more, spend less time on planning.
My highlight was the implementation and execution of Price increase which was extremely successful.
The most resourceful people are execution driven.
Mentorship: Regular check-ins with industry friends and OGs, this eliminated time wastage.
One thing that made this easier for me was I did not go to anyone “blank”, I always went with something for them to work on/review with me.
2024- NO GREE FOR ANYBODY

🌟"You can't be what you can't see". - Otega
💻Last week, Teach First ambassadors Lauren Wilson and Otega Ajuchi joined forces to give Year 9 and 10 pupils from one of our partner schools a taste of careers in tech.
Throughout the day, they heard from people across all areas of the industry and gained insight on different roles and career journeys. As well as taking on practical projects, pupils presented their work to four senior business leaders.
💬 One pupil said: “Today’s event has made me feel inspired by seeing different aspects of a career in tech.
“I got to see how things work and what they get up to. Honestly, I can see myself working in a similar job after today.”
💬 Otega Ajuchi said: “Events like this create synergy between education and the workplace. There’s a lot of theory but practical elements are important too.
“Today they’ve had the chance to practise what real life in a workplace will look like.”
🙌🚀 Pupils need opportunities like this to help broaden their career aspiration.

The gap we bridge excites me!!!!
This happened a while back and was wondering when we'd share... this news is music to my ears. Those in this space understand how important absorption is. And finding a perfect host employer is key...
We deliberately partner with small businesses rather than big corporates. We understand what they are trying to build and we want to grow it with them.. We could easily collaborate with well-established companies, but it will sell out our mission...
Because we are clear on this one thing: we Grow People. Grow Businesses! One intern at a time. One business at a time. It's a marathon this, not a sprint 😉

Care to hear your thoughts...
Congratulations on becoming employees ...Lebohang & Katlego from our 2nd cohort 🎉 🎊 🥂 . Kudos to our host employers who see value in our work...
For this reason, we grow businesses by growing people... Perfect combo.

Here's how you can exude confidence during property inspections and showings1Know Your StuffBefore stepping into a showing or inspection, ensure you're armed with all the necessary information about the property. This includes understanding the property's features, history, and any maintenance issues that have been addressed or are pending. When you can answer questions on the spot and provide detailed explanations, you signal to prospects that you're a reliable and authoritative source, which builds trust and confidence in your ability to manage the property. This is where invited experts will be adding contribution.2Dress the PartFirst impressions matter and your appearance plays a significant role in how others perceive your confidence. Dressing professionally for property inspections and showings sends a message that you take your role seriously. It's not just about wearing a suit; it's about choosing attire that is clean, well-fitted, and appropriate for the property's style and the expectations of your audience.3Positive Body LanguageYour body language speaks volumes before you even say a word. Maintain eye contact, offer a firm handshake, and stand tall with your shoulders back. These non-verbal cues project self-assuredness. Additionally, a genuine smile can make you appear more approachable and friendly, which can help put prospective tenants or buyers at ease.4Clear CommunicationCommunicating clearly and concisely is essential during showings and inspections. Avoid using jargon that might confuse your audience, and instead, explain terms in simple language. Speak at a measured pace, loud enough to be easily heard. By ensuring your message is understood, you demonstrate command over the subject matter and respect for your audience's comprehension.5Anticipate QuestionsProspective tenants and buyers will likely have questions, so anticipate these inquiries and prepare your responses in advance. Knowing the common concerns and interests related to the property allows you to address them proactively, which can impress your audience and further establish your expertise and preparedness.6Handle ObjectionsHandling objections gracefully is a true test of confidence. Stay calm and listen carefully to any concerns raised. Acknowledge the validity of the concern and provide a thoughtful, solution-oriented response. This shows that you are not only confident in the property's value but also in your ability to manage any issues that may arise

Awards spotlight the givers, often heightening their stature and confirming their discernment.
Yet, the true narrative lies with the awardees, their path often unseen.
Behind each accolade is a saga of tenacity, lessons, and growth.
It's not just a moment of triumph but a milestone in a longer journey.
As we applaud the winners, let's acknowledge their perseverance.
Their story is one of relentless pursuit, a series of quiet victories leading up to the podium.
Recognition is sweet, but it's the relentless dedication that truly shapes success.
Let's celebrate not just the award, but the unyielding spirit it represents.
Because every award has a backstory, one of grit, resilience, and undying ambition.
