To my surprise, stepping into the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) nearly five years ago brought a sense of déjà vu. The parallels between my previous role at Condé Nast and my current position at 11 Wall Street were striking. Despite obvious differences, both companies serve as a stage for others to tell their stories. Naturally, I felt right at home. Our iconic building is a crossroads where culture meets capitalism.
