It is my third year at Nordic Business Forum. 💕 The conference focused on many big themes: leadership, teamwork, War, artificial intelligence, global climate problems and how we can all contribute to change them, etc. Insights from the event. Jos de Blok, CEO Buurtzorg: “Question to bosses. Who wants a boss?” Not many hands raised :). 😆 Interesting tendency I would say! 💡 *The idea that we need less traditional leadership was brought up. *Humanity over bureaucracy. *Lot of problems will solve if we focus on relationships. * Leaders should orchestrate their teams and help people make decisions. CEO-s should make less decisions. Many topics focused on artificial intelligence. There were both- AI skeptics and enthusiasts. 🤖 No one doubted that the arrival of AI will change work and the world as we know it. It creates many new opportunities as well as threats. In the other words, the development should be in accordance with the regulations and guidelines. But can it be regulated? Can we trust the data? At the end of the first day, the topic of the war in Ukraine was also in focus. Ukrainian shadow theater group presents on stage a very touching story about love, death and war.💔 Maryna Saprykin, Head of the Center for CSR Development (CSR Ukraine) talked about resilience and the project where she encourages Ukrainian women to start entrepreneurship. 🥹 Also stories about how people and organizations are trying to find new opportunities after terrible destruction. 🌞 She also tapped the conscience of the participants, referring to the ethics of doing business with aggressor countries. * Interesting fact: 72% of the consumers expect from companies to put effort on big environmental and social objectives (EY 2023). * A thought to think about and I totally agree:” There is no creativity if you don’t feel safe (company's internal climate, mindset). 💡 Great event for motivation, new insights and networking. 👏 #nbforum2023
