Concerns about Environmental Injustice are not new, but they have become even more urgent in the context of green transition. Delighted to share our new OECD - OCDE video featuring voices from around the world on Environmental Justice and how the OECD is working to advance it. I’m incredibly proud of our journey so far. In May, we held the inaugural OECD Conference on Environmental Justice which drew in close to eight hundred participants. We also launched a publication taking stock for the first time of national approaches to advance environmental justice. Congratulations Shardul Agrawala this is an issue that resonates deeply in India as it does elsewhere. And as you rightly mention the green transition has made it even more salient. It hits home whether you are in the rich North or developing South. The story of Port Talbot is very saddening: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cw00lkpwrngo
