Here's a question for ya. For those that do service calls. (we do a ton all over the South), do you charge the client if you don't solve the problem? I never have. We get calls all the time on equipment we have never seen, and we go handle it, BUT sometimes it's just not possible to solve. Sometimes it's intermittent and won't do it while we are there. Sometimes they can't stop production to troubleshoot properly, etc. It's just never been my position to charge unless we solve the problem, either by telling them what is wrong or by physically fixing it. We built our business this way and it's kinda just how we do things, but I know others are different. so what do you do? Do you charge regardless? I'm just curious.

Let’s see who can see the issue from this picture.. Was called to look at this unit and customer complaint was that the unit will Not go forward or backwards. I was able to identify the issue as I walked up to the unit. Where you able to spot it ? Reply with what you think thi issue is.
