I am thrilled to announce that I have taken on the role of Global Head of Scientific and Medical Affairs at Elixir Medical. After a period of self-reflection and focusing on health and wellbeing, I feel energized and eager to contribute to Elixir's mission of saving lives through revolutionizing treatments for cardiovascular disease. Elixir provides multiple disruptive technologies including the DynamX Bioadaptor (a new category of treatment for coronary artery disease), Hertz-Contact Intravascular Lithotripsy (#LithiX), and Site-specific Anti-thrombotic therapy (#TRx), each supported by strong clinical programs and groundbreaking clinical evidence that was recently unveiled at #EuroPCR. This week, I also had the privilege to join Prof. Omer Goktekin and his exceptional team in my native country, Turkey, who treated a long diffuse LAD lesion using #DynamX and achieved remarkable results.
