As the member of people development, of course my focus is how to development and upgrade the children of Indonesian migrant worker who study in homeland. Even my division program focus to them but i suggested that is also important to upgrade the PIP community member skill. That's why in our first online meeting, i suggested to create a program where the member of PIP community can learn a new skill for the comunity and also for the career in future. I called it 'Upskilling Member of PIP Community'. In the zoom meeting, i explain that my program is where the member can pick what skill they would like to learn, and the people development division will supply materials for the member like mentorship, seminar or online webinar. This would make the members can learn a new skill to contribute the community and for they future career. This program will upcoming on July and November 2024
