Because setting out an overly ambitious target is nothing short of a war! And this is what we set out to do today, in our own personal Prelims 2024 'War Room'! Our The Study IAS team was able to release the answer key and explanations within just a few hours of GS Paper I being conducted, making this the first comprehensive Answer Key released in the market! While ensuring 100 per cent accuracy is not possible under such time constraints, the diligence of our team has allowed us to reach very close (hopefully). And honestly this is the most enjoyable part of managing a high-performance team - setting unattainable targets and then decimating them! I really think that if we don’t start embracing this as school districts we are missing out, and dropping the ball. 📈 This isn’t a trend… education is just figuring out how to leverage it. 🔑 Could this be the key to reaching hard to reach students? Maybe! 💡The skills required and obtained are transferable, so why aren’t districts leveraging it? My guess, my experience, it is one of these three things: 💰💰💰Money… it might be there but we don’t know how to leverage it for this type of project. 🫣Fear of the unknown territory of “gaming” in schools ⏰ Time… because where will we fit this in? They have to pass the state tests!!! They don’t have time for video games 🎮 Whatever the reason, we must find a solution. Let's embrace this opportunity to create future leaders who will continue to grow in a world where gaming and education are intertwined.
