If you haven’t tried the ChatGPT macOS app, all users now have access! IMO, in the Mac ecosystem, the ChatGPT app is a stepping stone to less friction between Apple apps and LLMs like ChatGPT. You can access and use ChatGPT, including your custom GPTs, directly from a hot-key app instead of jumping into a browser screen - but more importantly you can utilize screenshots and other functions directly in the app with decent integration for a few functions so far!
