It's been a thrilling ride filled with countless opportunities to push boundaries and innovate in the ever-evolving landscape of technology. In the past 24 months, I've not only expanded my expertise across various modules including policy, compliance, risk management, SecOps, BCM, and more, but I've also delved deep into the heart of technology, driving impactful change and delivering measurable results. Here are some key highlights of my journey: 🔹 Completed ESG Certification: Embracing sustainability and responsible business practices, I obtained ESG certification, underscoring Infosys's commitment to making a positive environmental and social impact. 🔹 Onsite Lead for UK/EUR Region: Taking charge as the onsite lead for the UK/EUR region, I oversaw projects and operations firsthand, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction. 🔹 Multimodule Expertise: With a focus on cutting-edge technology solutions, I honed my skills across diverse modules, including policy, compliance, risk management, SecOps, and BCM, positioning myself as a versatile consultant capable of tackling complex challenges head-on. In addition to these achievements, I've had the privilege to: 🔹 Implement High-Impact Projects: Leveraging the latest technologies, I successfully implemented and concluded high-impact projects, delivering tangible results that exceeded client expectations. 🔹 Drive Recruitment and Talent Development: Playing a pivotal role in the recruitment process, I conducted interviews for Business Analysts and technology roles, identifying top talent to drive innovation and propel our organization forward. 🔹 Collaborate for Innovative Solutions: Offline collaboration with client GRC resources led to the development of innovative solutions tailored to meet their unique needs, fostering strong partnerships and delivering unparalleled value. Winning together by amplifying potential   A company culture that encourages employees to experiment and possibly fail is rare. But at Infosys, it is the status quo. It’s a principle that is intertwined with our core mission of amplifying human potential to create the next opportunity for people, businesses and communities. By urging our team to take chances and go where their curiosities and skills lead them, we embody this mission every day. My own career at Infosys is a testament to this culture. I joined Infosys in 1998, transitioning from a career in corporate finance to information technology. It was a bold move for that time, so naturally I was riddled with doubts and unsure if this was the right decision. But the CFO of Infosys at the time encouraged me to take a leap of faith. Give it a chance, he said, and if it doesn’t work out, we’ll find you a finance role. This was the psychological safety net I needed for me to embark on a new path. Fast forward 14 years. This time, I wanted to move back to finance and got the same kind of backing from the finance leadership. They supported me wholeheartedly despite many skill gaps– from the basics of how to review a contract, to more advanced skills of building robust financial models. The comprehensive training and support that I received not only bridged these gaps but also boosted my confidence, spurring me to innovate, introducing new automations that helped us run our operations more effectively. This cross pollination of ideas and skills was only possible through the power of a work culture that promotes a continuous cycle of upskilling and reskilling. This environment encourages a broadened perspective, allowing employees to see the bigger picture while advancing their careers. I see many examples of this playing out at Infosys today – either with proactive rotation at senior levels or by creating an environment that supports internal job movements. It’s true, not every job change leads to immediate success, and some employees may return to their original roles. However, the key is the freedom to explore these opportunities without the fear of failure – embodying the true spirit of Infosys’ commitment to amplifying human potential.
