During senior year of college, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. The problem? Student loans and societal norms. So I went the traditional route: a stable job at an accounting firm. The universe had different plans for me and after a few different accounting jobs over the years, I was fired. I am now the founder of 3 businesses: 1. A virtual assistant staffing agency, Maven Success 2. An engineering-based cost segregation firm, Maven Cost Seg 3. A self-storage syndication company, Maven Equities Funny how the universe aligns with your heart when you want something bad enough. For those struggling to get out of their W2s, start that side gig.
