I've got a bunch of hard working individuals. Uh, we've got a lot of longevity for people that have been here. Some people are coming U on their 30 year mark and they have a wealth of wisdom and knowledge that they love sharing with each other. It's very much so a family environment where we always look out for each other. We're always looking to try and help and develop each other both on and off the floor. I'm James Gillis. I'm a supply chain operations manager for the Temple RMC. So we're 815,000 square foot warehouse with 60 dock doors run 24/7 operations. It's really on inspiring to see the vast outreach that this company has. So I'd have to say integrity is our chief value here. You see the whole team joined together. If someone struggling with the process or a new application that we've rolled out, the rest of the team bands together. Knowing that we provide the school lunch trays to local communities, that we provide the place that you see a local family gatherings and you can see our products on the shelf, I can't think of a better place I'd rather be at. I'm looking forward to continuing to see this place grow as we're hiring new people. I'm looking forward to bringing this place to the next level and working with the team of new leaders that have set foot here. Not just being a member of the Temple ARMC, but also being a member of the ACT of Evergreen team, I can say that this is truly one of the best companies to work for.
